How to Book Your Hair Appointment

To get started, simply book your hair appointment online and one of our friendly team members will be in touch.

You’re also welcome to give us a call on 02 9905 1220 to book.

Pricing and Quotations

Every head of hair is unique, and so are our services. Because pricing depends on your hair’s length, thickness, and desired result, we’re unable to provide exact quotes over the phone, via email or social media.

​

All pricing will be confirmed during your in-salon consultation with one of our experienced stylists.

Booking Deposits

To secure your hair colour appointment, we require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.

​

The following services require a 50% deposit:

  • Keratin Treatments

  • Hair Extensions

  • Full Head Foils / Balayage

​

Deposits are redeemable on the day of your service.

Cancellations, Reschedules and No-Shows

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

​

  • Cancellations or major changes made within 48 hours may incur a fee, depending on your booking.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you don’t show up to your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will apply.

​

Please note: If you’re booked in for a long service and change your mind without giving notice (e.g. if you are booked in for a long colour service and decide you only want a haircut), this will be treated as a cancellation.

​

Gift voucher bookings will have these charges deducted from the voucher balance if cancellation policies are not followed.

Appointment Confirmations

You’ll receive a confirmation text 4 days prior to your appointment. If we don’t receive your confirmation, we may need to cancel your booking to offer the time to another client.

​

Even if your reminder doesn’t come through, your appointment is still your responsibility to keep.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure we can deliver the full service you’ve booked in for.

​

If you're running late, give us a call. We allow a 15-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

​

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.

Garments/Accessories/Electronics

We provide protective capes for colour and cutting services, but we can’t take responsibility for any staining or damage to your clothing or accessories.

​

We recommend dressing accordingly and leaving valuable items at home when possible. Electronics brought into the salon are at your own risk.

Our Service Guarantee

At Cassidy’s, we take pride in our high-quality work, premium products, and a passionate team of stylists.

​

If you’re not 100% happy with your haircut or colour, we offer complimentary adjustments within 14 days of your original appointment.

​

Please note, change of mind is not considered a reason for an adjustment. Refunds are not offered.
